Ryan Hart

Ryan is the Chief External Affairs Officer at the Port of Vancouver. He brings more than two decades of experience in government relations and organizational development. Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Washington State University and his master’s degree in Organizational Development and Training from Oregon State University.
