Meet Our Programs and People

Early Learning

Support children during the earliest years when curiosity runs high and every day brings something new. In our Early Learning classrooms, team members create safe, caring spaces where children learn through play, build relationships, and develop the skills that help them thrive.

Pediatric Therapy & Early Intervention

Work alongside children and families during important moments in a child’s development. Through Pediatric Therapy and Early Intervention, our team helps children build skills, reach milestones, and feel supported in their everyday routines while giving families tools and encouragement along the way.

In Employment Services, team members work alongside participants, employers, and community members to create opportunities where people can use their strengths, grow their skills, and feel valued in the workplace.

How We Work

Our values shape how we care for people, work together, and build community.

We’re all in.

We show up, work hard, and take personal responsibility in everything we do. We have the courage to say and do the difficult things. All while staying true to our word and kind to ourselves.

We go beyond.

We’re passionate about pushing boundaries and respectfully challenging assumptions. We’re flexible and willing to take risks. Together, we’ll do more than anyone thought possible.

We build community.

We embrace our differences and welcome one and all in a safe, trusting place. We’re inclusive in our relationships. We build connections that make our community stronger.

Strive Northwest serves people with different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and needs. That same commitment shapes how we build our team.

We are committed to creating a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive workplace where employees, participants, children, and families feel respected and supported.
