Melody Partridge

Melody has built her career at Strive Northwest by continually taking on new challenges and growing into leadership roles across the organization. She began as a substitute in the Early Learning program and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Early Education before becoming Early Learning Program Manager in 2017.

In 2021, Melody expanded her leadership to include Employment Services and became Director of Early Education and Employment Services. She joined Strive Northwest’s executive team in 2022 and now serves as Vice President.

With more than 20 years of experience working with children and adults with disabilities, Melody brings deep program knowledge, a strong connection to Strive Northwest’s mission and a lasting commitment to the people the organization serves. She has been with Strive Northwest since 2008.
